Francis holds a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Diploma in Insurance from the College of Insurance.

With over 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, Francis has worked for various insurance companies,specializing in Insurance Underwriting, Claims Management, and Marketing. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the insurance landscape. Francis also serves as an Executive Council Member at the Insurance Institute of Kenya, where he contributes to shaping industry policies and standards.
